FAQ

Questions clients actually ask.

Will there be downtime?
The target is zero. Traffic moves gradually behind a load balancer, and every step has a tested rollback. Where a brief window is unavoidable (some databases), we agree it in advance.
Do we need the audit first?
Usually yes — it is how we scope the migration honestly and give you a fixed quote instead of a guess. If your estate is small and documented, we can quote directly.
Who owns the code afterwards?
You do. Everything lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts from day one; we work in pull requests your team can review.
Our team has never used Terraform. Is that a problem?
No — the handover includes a working session and runbooks written for your team's level. Fractional DevOps is available if you want ongoing support.
What if something breaks after the cutover?
A hypercare week is included: we watch the system closely and fix regressions at no extra cost. Many clients then continue with Monitoring-as-a-Service.
