What access do you need?
Read-only. Cloud viewer roles, repo read access, and dashboards. We never need write access to production, and we sign an NDA before anything is shared.
Will this disrupt our team?
About 3–4 hours of interviews total, spread over the first days. Everything else happens on our side.
Our setup is a mess. Is it too early for an audit?
Messy setups benefit most — the audit is exactly how you decide what to untangle first instead of rewriting everything at once.
Do we have to hire you for the fixes?
No. The roadmap is written so your team can execute it independently. If you want us to do it, the follow-up work is quoted fixed-price per roadmap item.
How is the price set?
Fixed, agreed before we start, based on the size of your estate (accounts, clusters, services). No hourly billing and no surprises.
